Bayou Classics stainless steel stock pots are your better brand of stainless steel stock pots. When comparing to other brands of stainless steel stock pots you will notice the difference in the stainless steel grade and gauge. All Bayou Classic stainless steel are made of commercial quality 18/8 gauge stainless steel. The grade of stainless steel is one of the highest (304). These stainless steel stock pots are perfect for cooking indoors or outdoors, depending on the size of stainless steel stock pot you choose.
The styles in our stainless steel stock pots vary. For instance, the 24 quart, 44 quart and 62 quart stainless steel stock pots are steaming stock pots and boiling stock pots. There will be an indention a few inches from the top of the pot. This holds the basket up off the bottom of the stainless steel stock pot for easy steaming of vegetables, lobsters and other foods.
The 82 quart stainless steel stock pot to the 162 quart stainless steel stock pot was designed with restaurants and commercial applications in mind. These stainless steel stock pots are made for serving large amounts of food. You may also use these pots on our outdoor propane burners. The larger the pot you think you need, the higher BTUs you will need from the burner.
