Site Security
When
placing a credit-card order on any of
our web sites, you are in "Secure" mode.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
encryption and the details of your order
are kept within our network. You will
see the "https" protocol in the URL
window of your web browser when you
reach the point of entering your credit
card information. You will also see an
icon of a lock on your browser's status
bar. This will assure you that your
information is safe and secure.
If you desire, you may select the
"Credit Card By Phone" option in the
Shopping Cart. Your order will be placed
and a customer service agent will call
you to retrieve your credit card
information when your order is ready to
ship.
In order to prevent credit card fraud,
the "Billing Address" must match the
information on file with the issuing
credit card company. The "Billing
Address" is the same address that the
credit card bill goes to. The street
number and the ZIP code must match for
us to be able to ship the order.
Your credit card will not be charged
until the products have been shipped,
unless otherwise stated on the
individual product page.
Regarding Credit
Card Fraud:
Those using credit cards fraudulently on
our web sites will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law. In such
cases, we will turn over to Federal
authorities all information that we have
on you including but not limited to your
name, address, e-mail address and IP
address. We take credit card fraud very
seriously and have prosecuted several
offenders in the past, many of whom are
in jail right now as a result of our
prosecution and prosecution brought
forth by other merchants.
If you are fraudulently using a credit
card, do yourself a favor and use it
elsewhere because you will be caught and
prosecuted if you use it here. |
