When using a large stock pot like this one, we use the BCSP-10 outdoor propane burner which will bring this pot to a boil within about 30 minutes. If you want the biggest and the baddest burner, then purchase the KAB4 outdoor propane burner. The KAB4 burner will bring this pot to a boil in about 15 minutes. The Bayou Classic 120 Quart Stock Pot measures 21 7/8 inches x 19 3/8 inches. The 120 quart stock pot basket measures 18 3/4 inches x 15 3/4 inches. The Bayou Classic 120 and 100 quart aluminum stock pots are thicker than most restaurant quality aluminum stock pots. The gauge of these stock pots are 3 mm thick!
